Tomorrow, September 15, Respawn Entertainment will push out the Apex Legends Marked mid-season update to all platforms.
However, gamers can now download the data for the patch even it can’t be installed yet. Console gamers will see this as Apex Legends preload 3.20/.1.000.034, and this doesn’t really bring any new content, but focuses on legend balance changes.

Apex Legends Marked Mid-Season Balance Changes Breakdown
Here’s a condensed look at the changes made.
Legend Buffs
- Conduit: Faster/smoother Ultimate deployment, tighter and faster-activating jammer formation, better targeting indicators, and two new Level 2 upgrades.
- Fuse: Gains explosive resistance and ordinance highlighting; Knuckle Jump added to base kit, faster Tactical/Ultimate handling, and improved Motherlode explosions. New Level 3 upgrades expand Knuckle Cluster.
- Catalyst: Spikes automatically reinforce/rebuild doors, have a shorter cooldown and increased height, while her Ultimate deploys faster and no longer slows/blinds allies. New Ferro-Frenzy upgrade.
- Bloodhound: Improved scan duration/snapshots and reduced cloak visibility in Dome.
Legend Nerfs
- Axle: Kickstart Drone gets less HP, a longer Ultimate cooldown, weaker knockback/stun, and reduced Nitro Gate launch speed.
- Seer: Tactical turn slow removed.
Loot & Weapons
- More healing loot and slightly less ammo.
- Reset Bins contain more items, including healing, ammo, Survival items, and Amps.
- Weapon Assist can now provide all base weapons.
- Triple Take: Faster ADS fire rate; Blue Mag capacity increased.
- Bocek: Larger arrow stockpile and more explosive arrows.
- Charge Rifle: Higher max-distance damage and reduced Selectfire penalty.
- Executioner Hop-Up unlock cost reduced from 375 → 275.
Maps
- Over 150 QoL fixes, particularly on World’s Edge, addressing collision issues, holes, rat spots, and clipping.
- Pubs/Ranked rotation: World’s Edge, Olympus, Broken Moon.
- Mixtape rotation runs Sept. 15–Nov. 3 with updated TDM, Control, and Gun Run maps.
Wildcard & Ranked
- Weaponless EVO gains now count toward the first weapon equipped.
- Wildcard rotation: Kings Canyon, Olympus, District.
- Ranked Ladders 2–6 run from Sept. 29 through Nov. 1.
Audio & QoL
- New option to disable dialogue from talking weapon skins.
- Fixed overly loud interior audio on Olympus, E-District, and District.
- Numerous Legend, weapon, map, engine, and audio bug fixes.
- Improved Valkyrie’s enemy targeting responsiveness while skydiving.
