Visual Concepts has released the latest patch for NBA 2K27 today, September 11, and this is another patch aimed at fixes issues.

For console gamers, you’ll see this download as NBA 2K27 update 1.007, and this brings the game to version 1.5 on all platforms.

This title update focuses on bug fixes, and there are no gameplay adjustments included. That one is set to be released as part of the Season 2 patch hitting the game soon.

NBA 2K27 Update on September 11 Fixes Mode Issues

Here’s what’s new per Visual Concepts:

NBA 2K27 Update 1.5 — September 11, 2026

• Crew HQ: Crews no longer receive an incorrect loss when an opponent quits during a Crew HQ Division match.
• MyCAREER Co-Op: Fixed an issue preventing some Fire & Concrete rewards from being awarded.
• MyCAREER Chapter 7: Fixed a blocker during the NBA Cup game in Fire & Concrete.
• Co-Op Saves: Fixed an issue where one player’s quest progression could affect another player’s save.
• MyCAREER Offseason: Fixed a blocker that could occur after the FIBA period.
• Rising Stars: Fixed a blocker when switching between Eras and modern-era save files.
• Hall of Fame: Fixed a rare hang during the Hall of Fame speech.
• Breakout: Fixed a hang that could occur after deleting a lineup.
• Stability: General stability improvements.

We should be hearing more about Season 2 soon, and along with it, the gameplay adjustments planned by Visual Concepts based on player feedback.
