League of Legends Patch 26.19 is the first of Riot’s two balance updates ahead of Worlds 2026, with the tournament itself being played on Patch 26.20. Ten champions are getting buffs, including Aatrox, Aphelios, Fiora, and Kha’Zix, while Nasus, Nocturne, Poppy, Rumble, Ryze, and Vi are being nerfed. Lucian gets an adjustment intended to reduce his reliance on specific supports (hello, Nami and Milio), and Riot is also changing Teleport and support items.

When does LoL Patch 26.19 release?
League of Legends Patch 26.19 is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026. Patch 26.20 follows on Oct. 7 and will be the patch used for Worlds 2026, making 26.19 the first of Riot’s two attempts to settle the competitive meta before the tournament.
