Duelists take fights first and create space. Initiators gather information or disrupt enemies before a push. Controllers use smokes and similar tools to block sight lines. Sentinels hold a site or a flank and slow down attackers.

Riot has added 19 agents since launch. The pace has slowed from the early years, when four agents arrived in 2021 alone. Since 2024, most gaps have run from about four to seven months, and the 56 days between Tejo and Waylay are the exception.

About the dates in this list
Riot’s data feed timestamps Tejo (January 8, 2025) and Miks (March 18, 2026) one day later than the dates above because it uses UTC. We checked Tejo, Waylay, Veto, Miks and Hush against that feed. Harbor, Gekko, Deadlock, Iso, Clove and Vyse rely on Strafe’s list alone. Killjoy’s exact day in August 2020 was not confirmed, so the table gives only the month.
